    近日，我社記者走進(jìn)了青島日力輪胎有限公司，在辦公室里很榮幸的采訪到了日力輪胎董事長劉振清先生。在他的介紹和引領(lǐng)下我們參觀了日力輪胎先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)線和有序的工作氛圍。

    Rencently,our reporter walked into Qingdao Rili Tire Co.,Ltd.We’re honored to interview Mr. Liu Zhenqing-the chairman of Rili Tire in the office.With the introduction of him,we visited the advanced production lines and orderly working atmosphere.

1、  我們知道，青島日力輪胎有限公司的主要產(chǎn)品有"紅箭""元牌"牌載重， 輕卡 ，微型，叉車，農(nóng)業(yè)輪胎等共五大系列100多個品種,產(chǎn)品銷往全國各地。請您簡單為我們介紹一下咱們公司目前的發(fā)展情況如何好嗎？
As we know,  the main products of Qingdao Rili Tire Co.,Ltd are" Red Arrow"" YuanPai" brand such as truck, light truck, miniature, forklifts, agricultural tires ,the five big series product, more than 100 varieties, products are sold throughout the country.Can you please simply introduce the current development situation of your company?

    日力輪胎有限公司坐落在美麗的膠東半島，是一家獨特的輪胎專業(yè)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，只要走在半島的大路上，談到紅箭輪胎，消費者都有一個美好的印象。在公司的發(fā)展中將不斷的提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，使紅箭輪胎美譽(yù)華夏大地。

Rili Tire Co.,Ltd is located in the beautiful Jiaodong Peninsula, is a unique professional tire manufactures, as long as walking in the road of peninsula , when it comes to the Red Arrows tires, consumers have a good impression. In the company's development we will upgrade product quality constantly, make the red arrows tire reputation in the land of China.

2.      目前，低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)、綠色生活已成為世界發(fā)展大勢，而橡膠輪胎又是一個能耗較大的行業(yè)。請問貴公司在響應(yīng)綠色環(huán)保、低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)方面采取了那些措施？
At present, low-carbon economy, green living has become a global trend, while the rubber tire is a large energy consumption in industry. Which measures have your company taken in response to the green,low-carbon economy?

    綠色環(huán)保、低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)是我公司產(chǎn)品科研主調(diào)。我們淘汰落后產(chǎn)能，主張使用新科技配方，采用納米技術(shù)，在原有品牌防爆耐磨的基礎(chǔ)上將生產(chǎn)綠色環(huán)保、低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的輪胎研發(fā)技術(shù)再上了一個新的臺階。

Green , low-carbon economy is the main theme of our products research.We eliminate backward production capacity, advocate the use of new technology formula,adopt nanotechnology.On the basis of the original brand explosion-proof,tire technology research of the low-carbon economy and green to a new level.

3.      我國汽車工業(yè)和高速公路快速發(fā)展的同時，交通事故情況卻不容樂觀，對輪胎的安全性能越來越受到重視。請問在輪胎安全性能檢測方面咱們公司都做了哪些措施？
At the same time China's automobile industry and the rapid development of highway, the situation is not optimistic in the traffic accident, the tire safety has been paid more and more attention.What measures do our company in the tire safety testing?

    公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一致是我們的質(zhì)量方針，為確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量我公司在2012年聘請國內(nèi)知名管理咨詢大師對質(zhì)量管理體系進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，從首件到流轉(zhuǎn)卡進(jìn)行了最先進(jìn)的策劃，制定了改進(jìn)實施措施，通過高級工程師會診對輪胎的防爆性能、抓地力、防滑度等各項指標(biāo)進(jìn)行論證、改進(jìn)和提高。

    The quality of our products comply with the national standard which is our quality policy.In order to ensure the quality,in 2012 our company hired domestic well-known master of management consulting and let him train on the quality management system. The most advanced planning from the first to circulation cards, improved the implementation of measures by the senior engineer consultation tire explosion-proof performance , grip, non-slip and other indicators to demonstrate , improve and enhance.

4.      您認(rèn)為企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵是什么？
Do you think the key to the development of the enterprises?

    質(zhì)量和服務(wù)。質(zhì)量是公司發(fā)展的根本，服務(wù)可以為我們制造永久的顧客。

    Quality and Service. Quality is the fundamental of the company's development, the service can make permanent customers for us.

5.   面對競爭激烈的輪胎市場，請您簡單介紹一下貴公司的應(yīng)對措施。
   Faced with a highly competitive tire market , please briefly introduce your company’s response measures.

    輪胎市場競爭激烈，我們堅信秉著誠實守信，為消費者服務(wù)，滿足客戶要求的經(jīng)營理念，生產(chǎn)客戶最適應(yīng)的、符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的產(chǎn)品這一質(zhì)量方針，不斷貼近市場需求，公司就一定可以常態(tài)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展下去，在激烈的競爭市場中占有一席之地。

    The tire market is highly competitive ,we adhere to the business philosophy of “honest and trustworthy,serving for consumers,meeting the customers’ requirements”,and the quality policy of “standards-compliant product quality”.Keeping close to market demand, the company will be able to normal and stable develop in a competitive market place .

6.    貴公司在開發(fā)和研究新產(chǎn)品上有哪些獨特的理念？

    What are the unique concept of your company on the development and research of new products and research?

    通過十幾年的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化，我們形成了現(xiàn)在的橡膠工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和研制基地，在老新科研人員的共同努力和專家的指導(dǎo)下，公司科研人員通過采用新科技、新材料，管理科學(xué)化、產(chǎn)品嚴(yán)細(xì)化，以打造“紅箭”“元牌”精品品牌為目標(biāo)，為我們的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)出了新天地。

    Through more than 10 years of product structure optimization, we formed a rubber industrial production and development base , in the joint efforts of the old and new researchers and experts under the guidance of scientific research through the use of new technology , new materials , and scientific management , product strict refinement , " Red Arrow " Yuanpai " to create a boutique brand , created a new world for our products .

7.    請問貴公司近期有什么新技術(shù)、新產(chǎn)品問世？并為我們簡單介紹一下好嗎？

     Does your company have any new technology, new products come out in the near future?Could you pls simply introduce to us?

    通過十幾年的科研及追索，公司2011年推出了超深花紋，耐磨、抗載的新產(chǎn)品。產(chǎn)品自投放市場以來，獲得了消費者的青睞。

    Through more than 10 years of research and recourse,in 2011 the company launched the ultra-deep tread , abrasion resistance, and upload new products. contained new products. Since the products are put in the market,has won the favor of consumers.

8.    請問貴公司在2012年的計劃是什么？要實現(xiàn)哪些目標(biāo)？

    What’s your plan in 2012?Which goals will you achieve?

    公司2012年計劃市場銷售比2011年增加30%，達(dá)到歷史最好，新產(chǎn)品市場認(rèn)可率達(dá)到公司總指標(biāo)10%。

    In 2012 the company plans market sales increase by 30% than in 2011, reaching a record rate of market acceptance of new products reached 10% of the total indicators .

    時代發(fā)展、社會進(jìn)步，質(zhì)量和服務(wù)無疑是企業(yè)生存下去的必備武器，正如劉振清董事長所說“質(zhì)量是公司發(fā)展的根本，服務(wù)可以為我們制造永久的顧客”。我們有理由相信質(zhì)量過關(guān)、服務(wù)過關(guān)的企業(yè)定會在這激烈的國內(nèi)外競爭市場中越做越好。

    Era of development, social progress, quality and service is is undoubtedly the necessary weapons to the enterprise survive, as the chairman Liu Zhenqing said that " Quality is the fundamental of the company's development, the service can make permanent customers for us.".
