Q1、請您簡單為我們介紹一下濰坊金角輪胎有限公司目前發展情況如何好嗎?
Can you please simply introduce the current development sisuation of Weifang Golden Horn Tire Co.,Ltd.?
好的,我們金角輪胎創建于1998年,是一家集研發、生產、銷售于一體的輪胎企業,公司自成立以來始終堅持“持續為客戶創造更大的使用效益”的經營理念,大力實施質量立業,品牌興企的發展戰略,使我們金角輪胎持續穩定發展,由最初的金角輪胎廠發展成為現在的濰坊市金角輪胎有限公司,公司的規模也翻了好幾倍。公司也由原來只內銷也轉而外銷,通過內外結合,擴大了公司產值。
Well,our Golden Horn Tire was founded in 1998,is a collection of R & D, production and sales of tire companies,since its inception , always adhere to " continue to create greater efficiency in the use of " business philosophy , vigorously implement the quality career, brand development strategy of the enterprises , the Golden Horn tires continued to develop steadily, developed into the Weifang Golden Horn tire Co., Ltd. from the initial tire factory , the scale of the company also turned over several times . The company also increased from only the domestic market turned to the export , through internal and external integration , expanding the company's output value.
Q2、目前,低碳經濟、綠色生活已成為世界發展大勢,而橡膠輪胎又是一個能耗較大的行業。請問貴公司在響應綠色環保、低碳經濟方面采取了那些措施?

低碳環保這是一個時代的主題。我們的宗旨就是“誠信立業,造福社會”,所以公司積極響應,引進先進節能設備,保證了低能耗,高效率,高標準的同時,也保證了產品的質量。另外公司在廢氣處理方面也安裝了除塵、除廢氣的裝置,周邊也搞起綠化,在保證員工工作環境的同時,也降低了大氣污染。
Low-carbon environmental protection is a theme of the times.Our aim is “Integrity Founding,Benefit society”,So the company to respond positively to the introduction of advanced energy-saving equipment , to ensure low power consumption , high efficiency, high standards at the same time , and also to ensure the quality of the product . In addition the company also installed in the exhaust gas processing dust, the exhaust device , too, peripheral also green, to ensure that staff working environment at the same time , also reduces air pollution.

我們公司注重人才的培養與引進,技術操作方面注重人才的培養,專業技術方面注重高端人才的引進。我們的經營理念促使我們走“質量立業,品牌興企”這條艱難的道路,沒有好的質量根本在這個行業根本站不住腳,而好質量的輪胎更需要一個品牌為依托,二者相輔相成。我們公司通過各種獎勵方式,調動員工的工作積極性跟責任心。促使員工在操作上小心謹慎。輪胎這是一個流水線操作的行業,我們每個工序的員工在自檢的同時下一個工序的員工也會嚴格檢查上到工序,這樣層層的檢查,保證了產品的質量。好的質量就會得到消費者的認可與信賴,這樣我們就會有更多的回頭客,久而久之,效益就不言而喻。

競爭的激烈與否關鍵在與怎么去看,就像上個問題我說到的,我們給客戶創造了更大的使用效益,客戶對我們也有了信賴,我們的產值基本就不會收到影響,競爭又談何激烈。不過我們為了更好的滿足客戶的需求,給客戶提供更方便的服務,通過引進新型號跟新種類產品的方式,使客戶在我們公司就能采購齊全,不用奔波勞碌,東拼西湊,這樣也為我們帶來了更多的效益。
The intensity of competition or not the key and how to see , like I said on the issue , we give the customer to create greater efficiency in the use of,our customers also have the trust , our basic output value will not be affected ,but also about what the fierce competition. 說獨特的理念我們談不上,我們的開發與研究還是基于低碳、環保、節能,這畢竟是時代的主題,任何產品的研發都是基于這個方面,不過我們在這個大主題下到時有我們公司的獨特的理念,我們根據不同路況研發不同的花紋,開發不同的配方,既要保證輪胎的使用壽命,也要保證輪胎的安全性能。
Unique concept we don’t mention.Our development and research is still based on low-carbon, environmental protection,energy saving , which after all is the themes of the times , any product research and development are based on this aspect,but in this theme to a unique philosophy of our company , we according to research and development of the different traffic patterns , the development of different formulations ,not only it is necessary to guarantee the life of the tire , but also to ensure the safety performance of the tire.

我們公司在2012年的計劃就是實現內外結合,讓公司走出國門,走向世界。我們公司有個響亮的品牌“亞州王”,這個品牌的樹立可謂困難重重,十年的風雨滄桑,我們已經在亞洲市場打響了我們的品牌,讓我們的輪胎在亞洲市場上成為王者,我們的口號就是“沖出亞洲,走向世界”這就是我們接下來要去實現的,讓我們的輪胎遍布世界的每個國家跟地區,盡管艱難,但是我們金角人勇往直前,用我們質量去贏得客戶的認可與信賴。
In the 2012 plan , our company is to achieve internal and external integration ,let the company go abroad,to the world. Our company has a loud brand " Asian ".
